DIVINE PROVIDENCE SCHOOL, RAEBARELI is a Christian minority school administered and managed by the Raebareli Catholic Education Society, a registered body under the Societies Registration Act 1960. It had its humble beginning under the name “Divine Providence English Medium School” by Late Miss. Ruby Purcell, the only English Medium School of Raebareli at that time. Many of those who were educated in this school bring their children and grand children to this school for admission as they gratefully recall her impressive personality as well as her good work. The school owes much to her for her generous act of handing over the school and property to the Roman Catholic Diocese of Allahabad way back in 1952.
