Recommendation to Parents/Guardians
In order to secure all that is best in the education of your son/daughter the maximum co-operation between parents and school authorities is necessary. We earnestly recommend that parents or guardians look into their children's school diary everyday and find out all that has been done. The children should be encouraged to cultivate neatness habitually and slovenliness should be firmly disapproved. Remarks made in the diary should be seen and countersigned regularly.
When you feel that your children do not make the desired progress, please contact the Principal/Headmaster. Private tuitions are strongly discouraged. If there is a real need of a private tutor arrange for one after getting the permission from the Principal. Normally the class teachers will not be allowed to teach his/her students
As children advance in age, please guide them to become self- dependent, resourceful and responsible members of the family and society. Encourage them to do their work by themselves like keeping rooms tidy, making their beds, polishing their shoes and carrying bags etc. The formation of such habits early in life inculcates the idea of dignity of work, a fundamental personal virtue, necessary for a successful career in life.
Parents are strictly forbidden to arrange private tuitions with class/school teachers without the written approval of the Principal. Those who feel the need of private tuitions to their wards must first submit a written application for the same to the Principal who reserves the right to approve or disapprove the request after ascertaining the need of it from the teachers concerned and the parents themselves.
Education is tri-polar process that involves pupils, parents and teachers who jointly contribute towards the all-round development of pupils. Thus parents are requested to inculcate in their wards good habits like cleanliness, neatness, punctuality, regularity, honesty, courtesy of speech, politeness, etc.
It is a wrong attitude to rest the entire responsibility of pupil's education and personal formation on teachers and school administration without realizing one's own responsibility. Both Parents are equally and jointly responsible in this task and both of them should take interest in the education and formation of personality of their wards and not leave everything to the mother alone.
Parents/Guardian's indulging in law suits, quarrels, threats to school authorities, teachers and other school employees in school matters are liable to strict disciplinary actions like suspension and dismissal of their wards from the school without prior notice. All differences and disputes related to school matters, should be settled at the school itself within the limits and frame work of the rules and regulations as well as policies of the school.
